Our Work Together
You have probably already spent time trying to figure this out. Thinking it through, reading about it, maybe talking to someone. And yet here you are, still in the same place. That is not because you lack the insight. It is because insight, on its own, cannot reach the part of you where this actually lives.
I built The Art of Unlearning for exactly that gap, grounded in psychology and neuroscience, shaped by years inside demanding corporate environments, and by the kind of personal reckoning that tends to arrive, uninvited, somewhere in the middle of a life that looks almost perfect from the outside.

What is actually happening
Long before you had a career, a title, or any of the external markers that came to define you, certain beliefs took shape. About what earning your place looks like. About what is required of you. About what happens if you stop.
You did not choose them. They formed quietly, in the years when they were the most logical response to the world around you. And because they worked, because they genuinely helped you build what you have built, they never got questioned.
Here is what neuroscience tells us about that: the beliefs and patterns formed earliest in life do not live in the part of the brain that thinks and decides. They live in the part that responds automatically, below the level of conscious thought. Which is why you can understand something completely and still find yourself doing the same thing anyway. It is not a failure of intelligence or willpower. It is simply how the brain works. With the right kind of attention, it is workable.
What the work does
We begin with what you can already see - the pattern that keeps showing up, and what it is costing you. Not in the abstract but in your actual life.
From there we move into territory that is harder to reach alone - where the pattern came from, what it was originally protecting you from, and why it has survived every attempt to change it. This is the part of the work that clients find unexpectedly relieving. Because what looked like a flaw turns out to have been a perfectly reasonable response to an earlier set of circumstances. It just never got updated.
The later work is about building something new in its place. Not from scratch but from everything you already are. The drive, the ambition, the standards you hold yourself to - those do not disappear. What shifts is what they are in service of.
This is your work to do. I provide the structure, the guidance, and honest attention to what is actually there. What you bring is the willingness to look, and to stay with it long enough for something to genuinely move. The women who bring that find the results are not subtle.

What you can expect
A clearer sense of what is actually yours - what you want, what you value, what you are no longer willing to keep doing at the expense of yourself.
A different relationship to the ambition and the drive, not diminished, but finally pointed somewhere you have consciously chosen.
And above all, the particular relief of no longer being at war with yourself.

When you're ready
The engagement is private and one-on-one. The structure follows a framework, but what happens inside it is built entirely around what is true for you. The work follows you, not the other way around.
Identity patterns need consistent, repeated attention to shift. Therefore, weekly sessions are the recommended cadence. When life genuinely intervenes, a short check-in holds the continuity until we can meet properly the following week.
The first conversation is 30 minutes. It costs nothing. It is simply enough time to understand whether this work makes sense for where you are right now.
If it does, let's talk.
